What is Expected

This is our house but your home, so design it to meet your needs, and your style.  

If your rent is paid and processed on or before the first of the month, then you can take $50 off the Rent.

We coordinate with you, to make sure all the issues of the house are addressed.   Except Emergencies then the goal is to save lives or property. 

You are given a number that links you to us. So, you text all your problems, and we solve all your issues. It is just that simple.

Every year we do inspections and surveys to stay informed of your goals. 

For rent changes, we give a minimum 90-day notice, and then a 30-day notice. 

Every three months we come to your home to check a variety of safety concerns.

Whether you text, call or email your request will be responded within 24 hours. 

Nothing last forever, and we will miss you. So, we will send you with a letter of your rental history. If you cannot live here, we want to send you away the right way.
