Every Year we give a basic home inspection and tell you the potential problems and solutions. We also direct you to use our contractors, who get the job done right the first time.
You only pay when you use these services.

Every six months we come and check the air filter(s), the smoke and CO2 alarms.
When the tenant(s) are ready to leave, we perform the close out inspection, and send the check to the new location.
